Joyce Jones

Joyce Jones has over two decades of managerial experience and eighteen additional years as a special education specialist. She sits on several board committees, including CAPES Day School and Full Circle Church. Ms. Jones holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from Douglas College (Rutgers University), a Masters of Religious Arts in Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary, and a Masters of Teaching with a concentration in Special Education from Winston Salem State University.

Though retired as a special education instructor, she still serves as a teacher, preacher, and team lead for various church and community activities. She also has collegiate teaching experience as a former instructor at New Life Bible College. 

Her favorite scripture – “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:19
