Jocelyn Harvey, MS, BCBA, LBA, is the Founder and CEO of Center for ABA Practice and Early Intervention Services, LLC (CAPES), a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). With over 15 years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and 9+ years in the field of ABA, Jocelyn is a passionate advocate for children and families.

Jocelyn’s commitment to helping children reach their full potential stems from her deep understanding of child development and behavior. Her Masters of Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University Global, coupled with her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Dance from North Carolina Central University, has equipped her with a unique perspective that blends scientific knowledge with creative approaches.

Driven by her belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, Jocelyn, with her husband, Kel, founded CAPES, LLC to provide high-quality, compassionate care to children and families in the NC/SC area. When she’s not working, Jocelyn enjoys reading a good mystery novel or watching a true crime documentary while crocheting. She resides in SC with her husband, Kel, and their fur and feathered babies, Khloe (dog) and Blue (macaw).
